      • Observation: Panini Press and Dessert display box ontop of stainless steel table placed near the hand wash station partially blocks the hand washing station and makes it difficult to travel between the front of house and back of house. Panini press also plugged into the wall with cord being exposed, which can be a tripping hazard.
      • Corrective Action(s): Move the table away from the handwashing station to ensure the station is not partially blocked and provide extension cord for the panini press to remove potential physical hazard.

      • Observation: Unfinished wood being used to cover grease trap on the floor. Wood finishing is not suitable material as it can absorb grease/debris
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove wood piece and place ontop the grease trap a cover that is smooth, non absorbant and easily cleanable.
