- 4. Fix the light inside the walk in cooler to ensure lighting is adequate for cleaning and safety.

- Train employees to use other hand wash stations in the mean time. Those handling cash register only and no food prep can be instructed to use hand sanitizer and hand wash when hands are soiled.

- Door sweep at back door is in place.
- Corrective Action(s): Please contact pest control to remedy the ant issue. Be sure to inspect packaging and boxes in back storage (especially ones containing sugar) for pests and penetration before use.
- Deep clean both areas and especially the sugaring area, dishwashing area and breakfast hot holding area, under the counters and tables and behind equipment. Keep up with cleaning and pest inspections and monitor for more activity. Seal baseboards and tiles and inspect for openings to outside.
