      • Observation: No sanitizer available on site. There are no QUATS or Bleach available on site for washing and sanitizing food utensils and equipment.
      • Corrective Action(s): In the mean time, stop the sale of scooped ice cream as the ice cream scooper cannot be cleaned and sanitized properly. Obtain either QUATS and bleach solution and ensure that it can be used to manually wash the food contact equipment and utensils. Scooped ice cream sale can continue when sanitizer is obtained to clean and sanitize all food contact equipment.
