      • Food and equipment storage associated with the trailer operation was stored in the warehouse. Multiple refrigeration units, open bulk food containers, utensils, and equipment were stored in the back corner of open-ceiling warehouse. Table, utensils, and equipment containing food debris/residue were also observed in the area indicating possible open food handling/preparation activities.- Operator was instructed to cease all open food handling and preparation activities within the warehouse area.- Ensure all food, utensils, and food-contact equipment are stored in a safe and sanitary manner.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwashing station was blocked and not easily accessible at the time of inspection. Multiple utensils and steamer were stored in the sink basin.- Ensure handwashing sink is easily accessible for use at all times and must be used for handwashing only.

      • Bacteriological water sample that was submitted on April 30, 2026, tested positive for Total Coliforms.- Treat and resample.i. Shock chlorinate the water system for 24 hours and then flush the water system of all chlorinated water. ii. Fill the tank with potable water and submit another sample to Provincial Laboratory

      • There is no thermometer in the cooler .Exterior digital reading was/is not accurate and should not be used to determine internal cooler temperature. Action Taken /RequiredPlease purchase thermometer for inside of cooler.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The 3 compartment sink that will be used for dishwashing and sanitizing all equipment was not equipped with drain plugs. Proper sanitization requires that food utensils/equipment be immersed in a solution of sanitizer (100ppm bleach water) for 2 minutes and require drain plugs to make this solution in the sink. Action Required.Drain plugs must be available for sinks.

      • Paper towel dispenser was broken and paper towel could not be properly dispensed. Roll that was in truck was also too large for current dispenser, even if repaired. Please repair /replace dispenser.

      • Trucks only cooler measured and internal temperature of 7 degrees Celsius. Digital reading measured 3 degrees Celsius. Please repair and ensure cooler is capable of maintaining foods below 4 degrees Celsius.
