      • No - the operator is to ensure the updated Food Handling Permit is posted on the side wall inside the food store in a conspicuous location, visible to the public at all times. The operator is to correct the violation forthwith.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • No - there was disorganized storage of bottled/canned beverages, packaged food products, and other items in the front and rear storage areas. The operator is to ensure proper organization of all equipment, food products, and items to ensure ease of cleaning and inspection (for pest control monitoring) in the food store.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No- the cold water tap was missing and inoperable at the hand-wash sink in the front food prep area. Also, there was no supply of liquid soap and paper towels available (for food prep of blended mixed drinks and bubble tea). The operator was advised to ensure there is sufficient hot and cold running water under pressure at the hand-wash sink, with supplies of liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No - there were no pest control reports available for review. The operator is to ensure regular monthly pest control monitoring service is conducted by staff or a licensed pest control company (with the AHS monthly pest control checklist provided to operator for review and use, if necessary). Pest control reports are to be kept for a period of one year.
