      • -The high-level disinfectant being used by the operator was expired. The operator was directed to stop taking clients until a high-level disinfectant was acquired. The operator acquired an HLD during the inspection.

Ensure the high level disinfectant is tested daily using the test strips specified by the disinfectant manufacturer.- Disinfection records were not available. Ensure records are kept of: test dates, whether the solution passed/failed, when the disinfectant was changed and the worker’s initials who performed the activity.
