      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Flat of yogurt and smoothie juice observed to be stored out at room temperature. Internal temperatures measured between 10.7-11.5C internal temperature. Staff informed it was shipped approxiamately 30 minutes ago.
      • Corrective Action(s): Store aformentioned items in cooler able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Designate additional staff to handle shippment of perishable goods immeidately to prevent recurring instance.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): HAndwashing sink not equippped with paper towels.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Do not obstruct handwashing sink.
