Depending on corporate standards obtain QUATs sanitizer solution (KayQUAT solution) or continue using bleach solution. Ensure bleach solution is readily prepared and available. Educate staff on proper manual warewashing indicated by poster given by inspector.

      • Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm chlorine. Dilution must be made 1tsp to 1L of water and not directly transfered to spray bottle.
