- Chest freezer inside lid observed to be cracked and damaged for the chest freezer located in the room where the "on demand" hot water is located
- Door seal observed to be damaged on the door to the walk in cooler. Fix seal.
- *Walk in cooler temperature is borderline at 4 to 4.5C. Unit may be on defrost. Verify temperature drops to approx 3 to 3.5C as discussed.
- Stoppers missing for the vegetable prep sink/cooling sink. Purchase stoppers.
- Several shelving units observed to have the lowest shelf too low. Raise bottom shelf so that it is at least 15cm up off the floor so that the floor below can be easily accessed for cleaning
- Paper towels present but not in the dispensers. Place paper towels into the dispensers.
