- Large volume of food items stored in the walk-in cooler was observed to be >4C at the time of inspection. Ambient temperature of the walk-in cooler was <4C at the time of inspection. Please ensure all food items are cooled and are at or below 4C. Proper cooling method was educated. Please refer to: "Keep Micro-organisms Cool! (Poster)" on AHS website.
