- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A couple of the paper towel dispensers missing paper towels (kitchen and staff washroom).
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure there is always replacement paper towels available for easy change.

- Observation: Minor to moderate build up of dust and cobwebs on dish drying racks, cold air return and ceiling venting. Also noted on dish shelves. Can easily get dislodged and float onto food.
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure to include regular wipedown of all shleves at a frequency that prevents dust buildup. Might be best to have dedicated cleaning staff address the cleaning of venting network as discussed.

- Observation: Cpuboard structure and door at dishwash station significanlty deteriorated. MDF paneling under laminated top rotted and flakes spreading to other parts of kitchen. Structure not longer cleanable and food in risk of contamination by wood particles.
- Corrective Action(s): Immediately remove and discard door. Develop a plan to repace this section of the cupboard enclosure. Replace.
- *Submit plan to office within 30 Days to repair/replace this unit. Plan to replace within 3 to 6 months. Send pics upon completion.

- Observation: Open bag of flour exposed to possible (chemical) contamination in storage room. Another bag wrapped in garbage bag.
- Corrective Action(s): Obtain proper food grade storage container or containers, preferrably on wheels, for any opened bags of flour or dry foods. Store on opposite side of room away from dishwashing. Do not use garbage bags around food products as they can and will off gas chemicals into the food.
