- Two wooden wobbly shelves against the rap rail with heavy ceramic flowerpots ontoShelves were 51"H each Affix the shelves to the rail or remove.
- 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
- A diaper change station was found by the kitchen window opening within the toddler room side. A little plastic play kitchen was adapted with jugs beneath and turned into a handwash station for staff after diapering and handwashing children. This is unacceptable and staff were told to immediately discontinue. Hand wash and diapering only in the original approved washroom space. A plumbed hand sink is required next to any diaper change station.

- Staff gave incorrect description of proper toy washing/sanitizing steps. Toy Wash steps via sinks/bins:1. Wash/ scrub with a detergent and warm water. 2. Rinse with clean warm water. 3. Wipe, spray, or immerse for 2 minutes in bleach solution ( or into commercial sanitizer)4. Air dry.
