      • An unlabeled bottle of bleach/chlorine disinfectant was observed in the OSC room. Ensure chemicals are labeled at all times. The operator labeled the indicated spray bottle during inspection.

      • A water-stained ceiling tile was observed in the washroom located upstairs. Ensure the indicated ceiling tile is replaced and continue to monitor for potential moisture infiltration.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • In the 19 months to 3 year room, a grey leather chair was observed with several rips in the seat cushion making it hard to clean and disinfect. Ensure the indicated chair is replaced, removed or fitted with a cover which can be laundered.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Low water pressure was observed at the handwashing sink in the kitchen and at the handwashing sinks in the washrooms in the basement. Ensure water pressure is restored at the indicated sinks to help facilitate effective handwashing.
