- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garlic in oil stored at room temperature measured at 24.5C. Operator obtains garlic in oil from sysco. Original container of garlic in oil obtained from supplier states that product must be refridgerated.
- Corrective Action(s): Garlic oil must never be stored between the danger zone (between 4C-60C) as toxins can be produced in the products. Garlic oil must always be stored at <4C or >60C. Operator discarded the container of garlic oil

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Opened milk carton and gallon jug of milk stored inside the right bar cooler at the front measured at 7.2C.
- Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous food must be stored at <4C. Operator discarded the milk in the carton and jugs.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher in the bar area dispensing 0ppm of iodine. Observed that the chemical bucket is empty for Iodine. Operator does not have any additional Iodine chemical.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator is to use the main dishwasher in the kitchen for all glassware until the glasswasher is able to dispense 12.5ppm of iodine. Operator called supplier for order of chemical.

- Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the soda liquid storage area in the basement.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize area. Professional pest control company coming in bi weekly. Always clean and sanitize areas of rodent activity once observed.

- Observation: Front bar cooler unable to reach <4C consistently.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure no potentially hazardous food such as milk is being stored here. Wine and canned drinks are fine.
