- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher had empty sanitizer bucket. First run tested 0ppm of chlorine on the plates.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishwasher can achieve >50ppm of chlorine at all times, replace sanitizer buckets when empty. Operator replaced the sanitizer bucket with new one. After multiple runs, dishwasher measured >50ppm of chlorine on the plates. Check the sanitizer bucket on a daily basis.

- Sticky traps are not as effective. Follow recommendations from pest control.
