      • Thumbtacks were observed on tack boards in the upstairs rooms at the time of inspection.Please ensure that the thumbtacks are removed to ensure client safety.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Safety belts were noted to be missing at the diapering stations on the upstairs and main floor rooms.Please ensure that diapering stations are properly equipped to ensure client safety when performing diapering.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • A hand sink in the basement area was noted to be missing soap at the time of inspection.Please ensure that all handwashing stations are kept stocked to ensure and encourage regular hand hygiene.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Client were noted to be napping on cots without sufficient spacing in between clients. A discussion was held with the operator. Plans were introduced to permit spacing in between client cots during nap time.Please ensure that client cots are spaced in a manner that permits at least 60 cm of space on all sides of the cots to help prevent the spread of illness.
