- Observation: Handwashing sink pipe had a leak that cause dripping of water. (Public health significance) - Leaking handwashing sink creates unsanitary conditions which may cause contamination of food and potentially food-borne illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator to ensure that the leak is repaired.

- 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
- Observation: Some of the refrigerator's temperatures were elevated, and potentially hazardous cold foods (e.g., meat and dairy) were measured between 4.8 to 9.2°C (Public Health Significance) Refrigeration temperatures for perishable foods must be less than 4°C to prevent the growth of disease causing bacteria and toxin production.
- Corrective Action: Move potentially hazardous foods to working refrigeration units immediately or discard the potentially hazardous foods in the defective cooler if it has been stored above 4°C for more than 2 hours. Monitor and log temperatures regularly, adjust and have repaired as necessary to provide a temperature of 4°C or less at all times.

- Observation: Observed some flies in the facility at the time of inspection.
- Corrective Action: Recommend installing fly trap above garbage container.
- 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
- Observation: Observed a hole in the weather stripping by the deadbolt of the back door, which may lead to entrance of pests. Observed some build up of food debris and grime on the floors.
- Corrective Action: Replace weather stripping to prevent entrance of pests. Ensure that floors are cleaned on a regular basis so that they are maintained in a sanitary condition.

- Observation: The surfaces of the dishwashing and handwashing area is degraded, and not easily cleanable.
- Corrective Action: Replace or refinish surfaces so that they are impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
