     • Observation: Some food items were stored on floor. (Public Health significance) - Contamination of food on floor from contact with objects, people, pests or chemicals can cause serious illness.
     • Corrective Action: Ensure all food products and cooking wares are stored at least 15 cm off the floor.
   • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
     • Observation: Some areas of the facility, such as under shelving and equipment, were noticeably dirty during the inspection. Insufficient cleaning can lead to pest infestations.
     • Corrective Action: Ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned on a regular basis to ensure that it is maintained in a sanitary condition.
