      • Corrective Action(s): Cooling procedure discussed. Cool hot foods from 60C to 20C within 2 hours and from 20C to 4C in 4 hours in shallow pans

      • - Vegetables stored on same shelf as raw meats inside cooler
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use single use bowls to scoop food as these may break in food. Use scoops with handles and store store scoops in a way that handles don't come in contact with food
      • - Organize coolers in a way that all ready to eat items and vegetables are stored above and separate from raw meats
