     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle did not have any bleach sanitizer in it. It had some other chemical even though it was labeled "Sanitizer". Staff did not know what was inside. This is a repeat offense.
     • Corrective Action(s): Staff on duty prepared a 100-200ppm bleach sanitizer solution during the inspection. Management to speak with staff regarding preparation and use of appropriate sanitizer for wiping down countertops.

     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The bleach solution is at 50ppm. You need a 200ppm solution for wiping down counters. That's 1 oz per gallon of water. Use about 1/2 teaspoon in the size of spray bottle that you have. Refresh the solution every 2 days or so.
