When staff was questioned about how he uses the washroom, he stated he goes outside.ACTION REQUIRED: clean out the washroom. Stock the hand sink with soap, paper towel, & hot and cold running water. - Two lamb carcasses were stored in the "Reign" cooler. The cooler was in the public/customer area, east of the main entrance door. The cooler window was covered with a garbage bag. The carcasses were uncovered and touching the sides/interior of the cooler.CDI: (2) lamb carcasses were discarded.

- The facility appeared to be storing & retailing meal replacement products, namely:--Two bottles of Glucerna (expiry date: June 1, 2025) were stored a "Reign" mini fridge in the retail area--One case of Ensure (expiry date: Dec 1, 2025) and two cases of Pediasure (expiry date: Dec 1, 2024) were stored behind the cashier counter. CDI: Discarded the Glucerna, Ensure, and Pediasure in the facility dumpster at the time of inspection. Provided staff with an application for a food handling permit. ACTION REQUIRED: the facility must apply for a food handling if wanting to store and/or sell food items. This includes prepackaged goods such as meal replacement products, pop, candy, and other snacks.
