     • Observation: Light fixtures in the kitchen were missing shatter proof covers. Light fixtures must be covered in a manner that will reduce the risk of physical contamination to the food stored in it, in case of the breakage.
     • Corrective Action: The operator was told to install shatter proof covers over the light fixture.
