- Corrective Action(s): Operator was able to put in a new container or sanitizer and it dispensed at 200ppm after.
- Please test daily to ensure concentration of sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm and replace jug when sanitizer is getting low.
- Concentration of sanitizer in spray bottle will only last one day. Please remember to empty at the end of the day and refill at the beginning.

- or follow manufactures instruction. Operator refilled bottle
