      • 2. Few boxes (onions, bananas) of produce observed stored directly on the ground, in cardboard boxes
      • 3. Lots of food debris observed underneath the display racks of produce, shelving, and between coolers and walls
      • 4. Quite a bit of clutter observed in the back storage.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Please clean the walk in cooler fans
      • 2. Please ensure all food is stored 15cm off the floor, unless it is in pest proof containers
      • 3. Please ensure all debris is swept up when closing the facility
      • 4. Please declutter the back storage area, remove all unnecessary items. Do not keep items that is not related to the operation of the business here.

      • The following food items were stored on the floor.
      • 1.) Bag of potatoes in the root crop isle.
      • 2.) Bag of onions at the back of house.
      • 3.) Oatmeal bags dry foods isle and in front of vegetable display cooler
