- A surface sanitizer was not available. Staff went and obtained a food grade sanitizer from their permitted food facility. Please ensure a food grade sanitizer is available during cooking.
- 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
- A food handler placed gloves on without washing their hands first. Hand washing is required before using gloves to ensure hands do not contaminate the outside of the gloves. Staff removed gloves and washed their hands before re-gloving.
