- Yes (corrected during inspection) - there was no liquid hand soap at the hand-wash sink in the main front kitchen area, with an issue with the wall-mounted automatic soap dispenser. Staff are to use a liquid hand-soap pump dispenser if other wall-mounted dispensers become non-functional. All staff and operators are to ensure that hand-wash sinks are always functional, accessible, and provided with the available supplies of liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - at time of inspection, there were bowls/dishes used as scoops for dry food storage, with some stored immersed in the dry food product in the large containers. Note that for all dry food storage, washable utensils with a 'handle' must be used only, so as to avoid possibility of cross-contamination. This was discussed with the on-site operator and corrected at time of inspection.
