      • Corrective Action(s): Operator called service company to come service dishwasher. Disheware/utensil must be manually sanitized after being run through dishwasher until dishwasher is repaired. Operator must obtain chlorine and quats test strips and begin checking chlorine sanitizer at dishwasher and quats concentration at dispenser daily
