      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cart with pots, pans, and other items were observed with chemicals located above. The location of the chemcials can pose a potential risk of chemical cross contamination.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator moved the cart away and will inform staff to move the chemicals away or not keep anything directly under.

      • Observation: Due to ongoing renovations and construction plans related to the building there are items that have been stored in the service area walkway of the facility.       • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing paper towel in handsink for front bar area, not in dispenser. No soap in front bar hand washing station area. No paper towel in the back kitchen hand washing area. Staff were able to supply during inspection.

      • Observation: Weather stripping was observed to be worn, can allow possible entry of pests into facility. Note door was closed at the time of the inspection and no pest activity was observed at the time of the inspection.

      • Observation: Dishwasher detergent cycle having issues, staff manual prime to add into. During inspection staff showed this, rinse working, and sanitizing cycle measured at 74°C. Manager stated the new primer will be installed next week possible.

      • Observation: Addition of new dry storage and install of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were observed without benefit of a floorplan review. Staff provided information regarding need for floor plans to be sent to area EHO.
      • Operator also required to add additional lighting in this new area but also in main kitchen area by the door area. Also, lighting need/required in the small room by bar area where small dish washer and ice machine are located. Removal of carpet on steps and sidewalks also required for new area.

      • Corrective Action(s): Discard the buckets of sauces. Cool foods in smaller containers in the future and cool from 60C to 4C within 6 hours
