- Observation(s): Alarm ringing for both the walk-in cooler and freezer. The freezer alarm was because the door was slightly ajar. However, the walk-in cooler was not functioning properly and food was being held at ~9°C. Employee stated alarm had just begun ringing. Instructed employee to fix immediately if possible (flipping the breaker switch?), or to call company to come repair. Food must be moved to another refrigeration unit immediately.

- Observation(s): Walk in freezer alarm was going ringing at the time of inspection. Temperature of freezer was at -10C, food was still frozen. The employee was instructed to call the freezer company to determine why the freezer is alarming. Freezer temperature must be maintained at -18C.

- Observation(s): Sanitizer concentration in the sink was less than 200ppm. The QUATS sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 200-400ppm and verified with test strips. The operator/staff are recommended to review sanitizer mixing instructions.

- Observation(s): Hand washing stations did not have paper towel available. The was corrected during the inspection.
