      • Surface sanitizer (chlorine) in spray bottle measured at 10 ppm. Operator prepared sanitizer solution during inspection and concentration was measured at 100 ppm.- Ensure that sanitizer concentration is regularly checked using available test strips.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dust and rust build-up was noted on the wire shelves in the walk-in cooler.- Please clean area or replace the wire shelves. Perform regular cleaning of the racks.

      • Update August 9, 2024:Naan bread now has store labels but still missing dates or production kitchen info.- Acquire the missing labels for the naan breads.Naan bread had no labels with dates or production kitchen info. ("Qamar" was the supplier)-Provide information related to the source of the naan bread. The naan must have labels.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Staff could not locate drain plugs for manual dishwashing.- Acquire drain plugs.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Ceiling panels missing above the back kitchen area.- Replace the ceiling panels.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Lid for the large chest freezer in back of house is in disrepair. Lid is separating and exposing the internal insulation. Lid was also previously taped back up to keep it intact.- Replace the lid or repair it without the use of adhesive tape. Ensure no brittle plastic or internal insulation material is exposed.
