- At time of inspection:1. There were no chemical test strips within this facility to test the concentration of the sanitizer being used to disinfect contact surfaces (i.e. door handles, counters, washrooms etc.).The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Obtain chemical test strips and use them to verify the concentration of sanitizer being used. If using quaternary ammonia, the concentration must be 200 PPM. If using chlorine bleach, it must be 100 PPM. For iodine, it must be 12.5-25 PPM.
