      • In standing cooler, food containers were doubled stacked without lids in between.- Ensure to provide lids for the containers and stack containers so that bottom does not touch the food.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Meat slicer observed uncovered and dusty when not in use, posing a risk of contamination.- Ensure the meat slicer is properly cleaned, sanitized, and covered when not in use to protect from dust and debris.

      • Many personal items: pills, nail clippers, phone, and open uncovered drinks, were stored in various areas throughout the prep space and inside coolers.- Find a designated storage space for personal items and drinks only or remove from market stall completely.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Update Sept 27, 2024:- Issue still present.- Please get batteries for the probe thermometer or get a new probe thermometer.Probe thermometer was not working (Batteries dead). Replace batteries
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • One front and one back of house hand wash sink soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser are not working or fully stocked.- Ensure all hand wash sinks are fully stocked with soap and paper towel.- Facility still has an additional hand wash sink to use temporary that is fully stocked at the time of inspection.
