      • -Operator boxed eggs which are marked for destruction, will discard and send photo to EHO when discarded.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bags of cut vegetables (salad mixes, carrots) stored at room temperature.
      • Corrective Action(s): Place bags of cut produce into the cooler and ensure the product is stored at 4°C or less. This is a repeat violation. A follow-up inspection will occure in the following weeks to ensure the bags are kept at 4°C or less. The product(s) will be discarded at follow-up inspeciton if not stored within cooler.
