      • The operator uses a Lysol disinfectant cleaner (low-level disinfectant) for pedicure foot baths and impeller parts. Currently, only the cleaning step is being performed. Ensure two steps are completed:1) Cleaning (i.e. to remove residue, debris, build-up, etc.)2) Disinfecting (to kill/inactivate pathogens)

      • The client chair for manicure service is not smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable as it is fabric/mesh.Replace this chair with one that is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable. Some options include a chair that is plastic, metal, or upholstered with leather.
