- The hamburger topper cooler with sliced vegetables near the cooking area was measured between 10C and 21C. Ensure all coolers are maintained below 4C at all times. The facility had labels on food items indicating discard times. The operator was instructed limit toppings. Discard high-risk foods held above 4C for more than 2 hours.

- Minor amount of mouse droppings noted in dry storage room under shelving units along walls.Operator remains diligent with routine cleaning of food prep and food storage areas to mitigate activity. Droppings were only observed in hard to reach areas.
