- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No drain plugs available for the three compartment sink. Supervisor stated that they use the sanitize nozzle and directly wash the utensils and dishes with the sanitizing solution in the three compartment sink. Reminded supervisor that dishes and utensils in the three compartment sink must be submerged during the sanitizing step in the food contact surface sanitizing solution for two minutes for adequate sanitizing.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff purchased drain plugs during the inspection. Ensure that all dishes that had gone through the three compartment sink are thoroughly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried again.

- Observation: Observed water pooling in-front of walk-in freezer door. This was identified on the inspection from April 2018. The subsequent inspection in November 2018 observed the leak had ceased.
- Corrective Action(s): Fix the leak to ensure there is no more pooling water in the facility. This is not only a sanitation issue but as well as a safety hazard.
- Provide invoices that leak has been repaired. To discuss further with owner for a reasonabe timeline for follow up inspection.
