- June 24, 2026 - Violation is still outstanding. Fly issue had increased and was observed in the front customer service area. Please have an integrated pest control program in place to effectively control pest activity. May 25, 2026 : Small flies (similar to fruit flies) were observed in the front customer service area. Thoroughly clean and maintain all affected areas to eliminate food debris, moisture, and other conditions that may attract or support fly activity. Implement and maintain an effective pest control program, including monitoring and control measures, in consultation with your licensed pest control professional, to prevent recurrence.

A torn/damaged display pan rack cover was observed on a cart in the walk-in cooler. Please remove and replace the damaged cover immediately. Maintain all food storage equipment in good repair and free from damage. Damaged materials may deteriorate or shed fragments (e.g., plastic), posing a risk of physical contamination to food items.

- Food items were stored on top of the glass cabinet open towards customer, potential for accidental contamination should customer sneeze or cough. Please keep all food items well protected from potential contamination. Operator moved the food items.
