      • Observation: Observed house flies inside the facility, many were on sticky fly traps, operator stated these are changed out every 3 - 4 days.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure the facility is free of pests. Operator is in contact with Akell Pest Control to resolve issue. Mitigation in place with traps. To be corrected by September 8, 2025 (two weeks).

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed conditions such as garbage bins (outside) without covers/lids closed. Inside the drive-thru window is left open, this allowes entry into facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator was instructed to close the lid and the service/drive-thru window closed when not required. At the time of inspection this was completed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Shelled eggs observed to be stored at room temperature. Staff indicated it was out for 15 minutes. Internal temperature of the shelled eggs observed to be measured at 11.8C internal temperature. Staff informed they will be used up within 30-40 mintues. At the time of inspection inspector was at the facility for the 30-45 minutes duration and the shelled eggs observed to not be finished.
      • Corrective Action(s): Place in cooler holding at 4C or lower. Do not store shelled, raw eggs at room temperature.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): HAndwashing sink at Drive-Thru lack liquid soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to facility staff hand hygiene.

      • Observation: Granulated sugar observed on the bottom shelves in the dry storage area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned area. Corrected by: Today.
