      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 bags of dry ingredients in bins and 1 bag of sugar stored on pallet in dry storage observed to be chewed through by pests.
      • Corrective Action(s): During the inspection, operator voluntarily discarded all potentially contaminated bags of food, as well as those that were left unsealed. Operator went through the food products and reorganized the dry storage. A lid was placed on the plastic bin. Please obtain more pest proof containers and store all products such that they are protected from pests.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tray of pork filled sticky rice displayed at room temperature measured 15.6C. Operator stated it was prepared the day prior and kept at room temperature since preparation.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator removed the temperature abused food products from the premises during the inspection and stated it will not be sold/offered to the public. This food product is a potentially hazardous food (PHF) and must be stored at or below 4C or at or above 60C.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom paper towel dispenser not in good working order.

      • Observation: 1. Rodent droppings observed in corners of front counter area floor and back dry storage area. Operator stated professional pest control servicers are received weekly and dropping are cleaned daily.
      • 2. Back kitchen screen door observed to have gaps along the bottom.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean all rodent droppings and and sanitize all affected areas. Increase pest control measures are needed to elimintate pests. Please declutter all equipment and dry storage areas to prevent pest harbourage and upgrade to pest-proof containers. Store all food items at least 6 inches off the floor. Correction date: 2 days
      • 2. Repair/replace back screen door to eliminate entry point for pests. Correction date: 1 week

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed dry food product stored in a grocery bag and then double bagged in a garbage bag stored in the walk-in cooler
      • Corrective Action(s): Reminded staff that food product must be stored in food grade containers. Dry food product was removed from the garbage back, and then the grocery bag and then placed in food grade containers.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Use of cardboard was liner was observed during the inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded cardboard during the inspection. Please ensure that liner material is easy to clean, non absorbent and impervious to moisture.

      • -One container of dried boabmoo submerged in water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Store perishable foods in cold storage temperature at 4°C or below.

      • Observation: The premise has 1 walk-in cooler and 1 walk-in freezer.
      • Observed the following:
      • -Raw eggs stored on top of ready to eat sauces
      • -Raw meats stored on top of boxes of vegetables
      • -Floors of walk-in cooler and freezer full of containers of foods
      • -Previously cooked foods such as frozen spring rolls were stored on top of newspapers as means to absorb grease from the foods in the walk-in freezer without any covers.

      • Corrective Action(s): Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm chlorine final rinse. Prepare chlorine sanitizer for the front and back areas to sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrected by: December 31, 2024.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sink are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Ensure all handwashing sink are unobstructed at all times.
