      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher (all units except two able to reach 71C and above)
      • >>> Two older units in Abbey Lane and Rainbow unable to reach 71C at final rinse at plate level with 2 cycles. (Abbey Lane max temp at 65C, Rainbow max temp at 68C)
      • Corrective Action(s): Please continue to monitor dishwasher and have water proof thermometer to test temperatures
      • Only use dishwasher when it can reach 71C and above. Until then, all dishes are to be done at the other units or at main kitchen.
      • Violation Score: 15
