- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich cooler top level (insert) measure 6C (sauce side), 9C (vegetable side) ambient temperature.
- Bottom drawers measure 5-6C. Please monitor.
- Corrective Action(s): Top drawers measure 4C and below. Thermometer is there.
- Top insert level appears to be over filled. Do not over stock top level even if lid remains closed.
- Please put bulk food in the stand up coolers. All chopped, shredded, cut vegetables moved to another cooler. Whole vegetables can be stored here.
- Put thermometer in the insert level and bottom drawers. Please ensure these levels can maintain 4C and below.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding soups measure 50C.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff stated that the soups been in the cabinet since 10am (inspection at 2pm). Temperature logged stated staff checked temperatures and was at 70C in the morning.
- Remaining soup discarded.
- Please ensure soups are reheated at 74C before placing it in the hot holding. Please also log reheating temperatures.

- Observation: 1. Dishwasher is not working and sign posted stated that it is not working.
- >>> Currently using two compartment sink for dishwashing. Please ensure sanitizer is used after rinse before air drying.
- 2. Sandwich cooler not able to maintain 4C and below for the insert level and bottom two drawers.
- Corrective Action(s): Please ensure technician services the equipment.
