- Soiled cleaning cloths were observed left on food surface and being reused.-Please do not reuse soiled cleaning cloths prevent against cross contamination. Soiled cleaning cloths should be washed and sanitized immediately after use OR kept in container designated as dirty until they can be laundered OR place in sanitizer bucket to prevent cross contamination.

- 1. Mould growth observed around the sink area in the kitchen-Please clean and sanitized the indicated area.2. Uneven and convoluted surface observed around the sink with water stagnation.-Please fill or repair the indicated area around the sink to prevent water stagnation and mould growth.
