      • Room 1: sink faucet in bathroom is leaking. Repair/replace the faucet so that there is no leak.

      • Room 2: Larger bathroom - Hand sink did not have hot water readily available. Dec 9 update: Hot water was available and then pressure reduced and hot water was not available. Staff indicated ongoing issue.Room 2: second hand sink was turned off due to leak. One primary hand sink was available for handwashing. Please ensure hot and cold water is available at the tap with a recommended maximum hot water temperature of 49C (or lower).

      • Room 4: Sleeping mats and bedding were not stored to allow for adequate separation.Please ensure that the sleeping mats in all rooms have adequate storage to ensure individual storage with no overlapping touching

      • The diapering mats were being stored in a manner that did not prevent cross contamination. Please ensure that the diapering mats are stored out of reach of children when not in use and disinfected between children.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool rooms:Floors in coat area had been repaired. Portable hallway flooring was in disrepair. Outstanding - please provide documentation on repairs completed. Please ensure all floors are in good repair and easy to clean.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • The sleeping mats were not being stored in a manner that prevented touching between the mats. Some mats were stored with no protection when not in use.*Please ensure that the mats are stored in a sanitary manner that prevents cross contamination and prevents the mats from becoming soiled OR disinfect the mats daily.
