      • Chlorine test strips were not available for measuring the concentration of surface sanitizer (100 ppm required). Please obtain chlorine test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No liquid soap available at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. Ensure handwashing sinks are equipped with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensing units. No back-up liquid soap was available.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Pest control records are not being maintained monthly. Ensure the AHS Pest Control checklist is filled out monthly and records are kept onsite if there is no licensed pest control company coming in monthly.
