- Chlorine test strips were not available for measuring the concentration of surface sanitizer (100 ppm required). Please obtain chlorine test strips.

- No liquid soap available at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. Ensure handwashing sinks are equipped with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensing units. No back-up liquid soap was available.
