- Observation(s): 1) Le personnel sur place n'a pas été en mesure de localiser les billes de température pour les refroidisseurs et les congélateurs. Assurez-vous que la température de chaque refroidisseur et congélateur est vérifiée et enregistrée au moins une fois par jour. Tous les membres du personnel devraient savoir comment vérifier les températures, comment déterminer quand les températures sont hors de portée et où se trouvent les journaux de température. Veuillez envoyer le journal de température de novembre à l'EHO le 1er décembre 2025. 2) Observé que les bandes d'essai au chlore ne sont pas utilisées pour surveiller la concentration de chlore du lave-vaisselle. Assurez-vous que la concentration de chlore dans le lave-vaisselle est vérifiée au moins une fois par jour.

- Observation(s): 1) Observé la boule de glace stockée avec la poignée directement dans la glace. Les boules de glace doivent être entreposées pour éviter tout contact entre la poignée et la glace. 2) On a observé plusieurs aliments entreposés de façon inappropriée : - Plusieurs sacs de marchandises sèches ont été entreposés sur le sol. - Plusieurs aliments ont été entreposés. Veuillez vous assurer que tous les aliments et les surfaces de contact avec les aliments sont entreposés à au moins 15cm (6po) du sol et sont couverts dans l'entreposage. 3) Observé plusieurs pièces d'équipement (p. ex. mélangeur, bols de mélange, etc.) à nettoyer. Tout l'équipement utilisé doit être nettoyé à la fin de chaque jour ouvrable.

Loved the ambience, it's the perfect kind of a coffee shop, spacious and not congested at all. Great use of the space. Every table has overlooking windows, kinda cozy and private at the same time. Variety of options to eat and drink, staff is lovely too, not cringy at all. Coffee is a bit on the acidic side, if you don't like acidic then go for dark roast instead of medium. Their cronuts are famous and their apple fritter is also good. Avoid chocolate donut as its pretty basic. Bring some lemon flavored donuts, would love to try. Recommended!

Came here two days in a row whilst visiting the area. Staff are super friendly and the donuts are to die for!! The maple and bacon was my absolute favourite with the Cindy bun donut coming in a close second. Can't wait to come back and try more! The coffee/matcha was also notable!

Visited them last weekend after hearing a lot of raves from the Instagram community. They had sold out of the donuts and lunch specials that we wanted to try, so ended up getting couple of hot chocolates, an apple pie and a cruffin. The Toasted Marshmallow hot coco was tasty, but the regular tasted more like 'tap water'. The ham & cheese cruffin was really good, and the Dutch apple pie was on spot as well. Will have to come back to try the famous donuts.

Disappointed.. I was in on June 3, I am a good consistent customer. I purchased my bread and apple fritters. On my way out I noticed the delicious smell of chicken noodle soup and thought heck I have time for a bowl! Went to the counter to order, was told NO because they do not sell until 11??? There were 2 tables in the restaurant. I asked the time and it was 10:36.. hmmmm?

Everything looked and tasted so good that I forgot to take a photo before we started eating. Super friendly staff that clearly has a good relationship with their customers. The donut selection is crazy and the drinks are always unmatched! *went back and remembered to take a photo this time!

An incredible array of scrumptious delights to please many palates… every single donut we tried was amazing! Bring your appetite and let your imagination run wild with an endless selection of mouth watering treats! Lots of sandwiches available as well as many hot and cold drinks… The always pleasant staff are eager to help.

Went in for 18 donuts and a bread. Bread is perfect! Donut selection was large and fun! They overall tasted delicious, jam filled were generous and tasty. The only loss of the star comes from my love of chocolate. The chocolate on the donuts was much more buttery tasting than chocolate tasting. Might have just been the day so I guess I will have to come back to try them again!
