He clearly explained the features, pros and cons, standard warranties, and how to add extended coverage, helping us choose the best fit without any pressure. Once decided, he personally assisted with loading the refrigerator into our work van, making the entire process efficient and stress-free. Their in-stock selection, competitive pricing, and genuine customer-focused service allowed us to replace the unit quickly, save our food, and get back on track. Great store with a huge variety of products and excellent prices. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt because there’s always something new to discover. Great big box outlet store! You can find so many different things at really cheap prices. The variety is impressive — from household items to random useful stuff you didn’t even know you needed. Prices are very affordable compared to regular stores, and it’s perfect if you’re on a budget or just love hunting for good deals. Definitely worth checking out, I’ll be coming back again!

Big Box Outlet has some great deals and is definitely worth checking out if you like a bargain. The layout feels a bit chaotic, so it can take some digging, but that’s part of the experience. It’s a solid place for shoes, though I was surprised by how small the men’s size 12 section was.

I am giving 4 star review because I don't think the company should be punished for less understanding staff. It's really unfortunate that staff can't spare less than 5 minutes at closing time to correct a mistake when I was quick to find what I was there for before closing only to find that the items were priced differently for the exact same item. It really only needed a two minute fix to swap the item for the one with the lower price, but I was quickly made aware of the fact that it was exactly 6pm. Good thing I didn't pay cash ;). If the staff are being scolded for arriving 5 minutes late to their shift, then this problem is on the managers. If not, then maybe these employees need a reminder of the leniency they are afforded. Two minutes isn't the end of the world. Complaining about two minutes can cost you more than you think. Let's forgive this and learn.

We love Big Box and we especially love the one in Kelowna on Spall Rd. We drive from Lumby to this one because it is always clean the staff is friendly and inviting and above all the deals are incredible. This paddle board being one of the amazingly priced options.

Awesome finds and lots of random things you'd never think to look for. Super satisfied leaving with clothes and other items.
