7-Eleven #29607

Ive been coming to this 7-11 for a couple years now since its close to my house, The management is getting better and better by each day, I was very impressed because all of the slurpee machines were running nice and smoothly, Even my favorite slurpee is back.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the manager at this 7‑Eleven. My wife went in there and he started flirting with her, which was creepy. Completely unprofessional and makes the store uncomfortable for anyone. Corporate really needs to take action immediately. Change your manager. Usually i saw there employees write reviews over here check their names !!!!

Come here every once in a while and every time they do their best. The wings are always properly seasoned. Nice employees nice manager.

Friday nights, Aug 29, 2230. Sent a friend to get nachos and hot cheese. Told it would take too long to refill cheese machine. Tried calling store 2x and got hung up on. Unacceptable. Disgruntled, hungry nurses... would not give even 1 star but had no choice. Store is filthy and needs to shut down and be sanitized.

I stopped by 7-Eleven to fill up gas, but the nozzle kept clicking off and wouldn't let me fill properly. I went inside to ask for help, and the manager Bobby, came out right away to assist me. He was very helpful and even filled the gas for me. Great customer service – Bobby really went above and beyond. Thank you!

They used to never label the slush machines correctly, more than likely the pop fountain too. So if you want a slush, don't bother coming here, go across the street or pick one up in Penticton or Osoyoos. One month update, from previous edit, nothing has changed. They however did charge me full price for a slush on a refill for a fountain drink. Latest update:, (sometime in september) they hired the nicest young woman I've ever met. Keep Ashleigh on, she is a wonderful. This improvement alone will bump up your rating for me.

Disgusting staff, especially the one younger guy who works the day shift. Very creepy and will follow you around the store.

It’s frustrating when businesses try to take advantage of kids. Mine went in to grab a slushie during a “$2 any size” promo, but there were no cups available in the advertised size. When they asked, they were told to use Big Gulp cups instead—and that it would cost more. When they asked how much, the clerk said $3. I had only sent them in with $5, so they came out to ask for more money. That raised a red flag, so I went in with them and asked directly how much the slushie would cost without the right cups. Suddenly, the price dropped to $2.24 with tax. Clearly, they were just trying to overcharge the kids. Not okay.

Wanted to say how well 711 handled my wallet being misplaced and helping me track it down…the manager came in on his day off and showed me the footage..and was able to track down my wallet, and retrieve my wallet myself and all the cash still in it…well done Oliver 711…the police were even quite quick but didn’t need them in the end…

The pump I used didn't print out a receipt two different times after I had selected "Yes" I want a receipt. I had to go inside the store to get a fuel receipt but the staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Thank you

Great pizza, a bit of a cardboard taste, but what you expect for 12$. The guy there was friendly, would recommend any time.

7/11 is ok but be careful they like to accuse people of doing something wrong.And when they are wrong they do not apologize.When you get ahold of of the company and explain what happend you have to keep phoning the company and still will not apologize and if the do it's to the wrong person

there was no food, no one would cook anything, and the oven was off... somtimes they also leave food out for hours. which is not food safe i would not buy hot food here.

All 7-11’s are the same, what makes the difference is the staff. This 7-11 has amazing staff

Stopped in other day to buy proline ticket. Dont know how she says. I get help. After 5 minutes and listening to people complain about no window cleaner fluid, no receipt from pump, I split. Never get my business again
