I love the coke one!! 😋 My son got some chicken wings as they were $1 each and they were very tasty and meaty we tried the honey garlic ones. The guys behind the counter were super nice and friendly and the place was clean.

Extremely rude, lazy always sitting behind the counters and the graveyard staff are not equipped for inquiries, especially in assisting gas. The don’t know how to take balance for gift card and they cant even use 2 Esso gift cards. So no sense in buying multiple gift cards.

The constant opera music to discourage homeless people from loitering is obnoxious–the homeless are dealing with enough as it is.

A cashier named Lovepreet doesn’t really know how to do her job, barely spoke English and ripped me off. I went to get the deal of a free taquito with the purchase of any 10$ scratch ticket, she sold me the ticket then refused to give me my free taquito. She said it’s only if you win which it clearly says on the sign “with the purchase of”

manager called it a scam when i bought a car wash for $20 and didn’t used it and asked for a refund with a receipt and card used to pay for… i think he doesn’t understand what scam is. trying to humiliate someone by saying something which aint true. if he doesn’t know any other word then he cant even use the word scam. its not even like he has other better things to offer at the location better than other 7/11s.

Staff was very nice but holy that was the most disgusting bathroom ever. No toilet paper had to wait 10 for the paper. Once I had it the staff gave the whole roll to me but the holder wasn't unlocked.... So I have to leave the roll on top of the holder honestly the bathroom should be labelled as a biohazard. The tile was stained, pee everywhere. The garbage bin wasn't in the wall anymore. Everything looked sticky. I'm from Edmonton and this is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen, so that says a lot. Also there was flies on the donuts at the Tim's, so maybe the whole building is a biohazard. Staff was nice tho. 😁👍🏻

I paid $40 for gas, but the clerk only pumped $30 worth. I still haven’t received the remaining $10, and this raises serious concerns about the honesty of this station. I won’t be returning here.

This location has one of the rudest employees I've ever met. I've gone out of my way to be kind to her to no avail, just miserable all the time. Quite literally threw my smokes at me my last visit. Customer service is no cake walk and while I dont expect you to be ecstatic all the time, a small measure of respect and politeness is appreciated. Especially since I recognize that working customer service can suck, so I go out of my way to be kind to anyone in the industry. It's pretty apparent she hates her job, which is fair but please stop taking it out on random customers.

BAD SERVICE! Bought a smokie there and asked the guy for chili and cheese and He pretended he didn't understand me. He helped me with the chili because the machine was clogged. The chili came out all over my hands and I got burnt. The employee refused to grab me ice for my hand that was burnt .
