This store is really an absolute gem! I highly recommend the blueberry fritter! I was sad when Tim Hortons only had it on their menu for a limited time. I can safely say that this is much better than the tim's version! Absolutely delicious! The store is loaded with all of kids of rare treats, sauces and delicious hard-to-find items. It's very clean, well-organized, well-lit and is run by a very helpful and beautiful woman. I highly recommend!

I love Kathy and the team at Holey Carbs. I drive nearly every week to Kelowna mostly just to stop at Holey Carbs to pack up my favourite Keto supplies. It’s great supporting a local business instead of some random online retailer.

All of the great no sugar, carb free options in one place. Also unreal keto bakery items. I didn’t know something carb free could taste so rich and delicious!
