- Observation(s): - Il n'y avait qu'un évier dans la cuisine. Cela serait considéré comme l'évier dédié de la cuisine seulement. - Oui. La prémisse a été approuvée pour la vente d'aliments préemballés, c'est-à-dire lorsque toute la planche de charcuterie serait livrée à la prémisse et vendue au client dans le même emballage. Étant donné que des panneaux de charcuterie sont maintenant assemblés et que les plaques et les ustensiles sont lavés sur le local, il faut installer au moins un évier supplémentaire. Cela peut être fait en dehors de la saison, mais doit être complété avant l'ouverture du printemps de 2026. - Vous pouvez également garder l'un des éviers si vous passez à la vente de panneaux de charcuterie préemballés car ils ne nécessitent aucun lavage d'ustensile ou de plaque.

A “Must Do” tasting experience. Great tasting wines right across the spectrum - Whites, Rosé or Reds. Whatever your palate Bartier has a variety to your taste. Also a lovely patio - sit out under the grapes vines and enjoy a glass of wine. Our 2nd of what will become annual trips!

Bartie Winery has really good wines and a generous pour… often more than you expect! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, which makes the tasting enjoyable. One thing to note: they do charge more for a patio tasting than inside, which feels a bit unfair. That aside, the wines themselves are worth trying and the overall experience is still enjoyable.

Gisele was the perfect host. Informative on the winery & their wines. Friendly, laidback and on top of our needs. Lovely grapevine shady spot to sit back and sip! They have an impressive selection of amazing wines. We did the experience tasting which came with a beautifully presented individual cheese boards. A perfect afternoon to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience at Bartier Bros Winery yesterday afternoon. We did a wine/chocolate pairing and it was very enjoyable. The wine was tasty; the chocolate delectable; the winery peaceful and the staff welcoming. Highly recommend it!

Our group of 10 had an excellent tasting with Gisele today, June 17th. We loved our table was under the beautiful grape arbour on the property. Gisele was not only knowledgeable but also very personable and accommodating. This was our second tasting at Bartier Bros. We were here last year for a tasting and will definitely be back next year.

Such a lovely place! Very good customer services, beautiful backyard. I recommend their rose. The staff even recommended winery nearby based on our preferences! Amazing!

There wasn't a wine we didn't like, or at least appreciate. We recommend enjoying with the optional cheese pairings - so delightful! Giselle was lovely and helpful (as were all staff). What a delightful experience!

One of the nicest wineries. Great wine and great people. Stop by for a tasting and they will take such good care of you. I come every year and keep buying the wine in between.
