One of my favourite stores in town. The staff is always so helpful and offers great guidance if you aren't sure what you are looking for or even just want some recommendations of things to try. Indian food is some of our favourite cuisine and we have been really able to up our own cooking game since this store has come to town. I also enjoy being able to find and try new goodies and snacks. Highly recommend their new tea machine they have also!

This store is truly one of a kind in town, offering a wide variety of South Asian and Mediterranean spices, as well as a great selection of quick Indian snacks and appetizers. The goods are reasonably priced with ready-to-go meals, perfect for dinner, quick bites or even for camping. They also provide exceptional customer service, taking time to explain their products and offer helpful recommendations. I highly recommend visiting this store!

Foods Of India in Salmon Arm is a fantastic addition to the community! Located downtown by Askews, this is the first Indian cuisine grocery store in the city, and it truly stands out. The selection is impressive, featuring a wide variety of Indian spices, foods, treats, specialty flours and a treasure trove of delicious appetizers. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and enthusiastically ready to help with recommendations or answering my many questions I had about their products. Store was immaculate, well lit, and easy to shop. For those looking for quick meals, there’s a large array of ready-to-eat dishes, sauces, chutneys, and snacks as well. The variety of vegetarian options, including condiments and nut mixes, is also a nice bonus. Overall, a must-visit for anyone looking to explore Indian cuisine or simply stock up on high quality ingredients. Can’t wait to go back!
